How to Order

We aim to process orders within 7 working days depending on availability. All goods purchased by mail order are subjected to the standard UK, or overseas P&P costs depending on weight and destination.
*Shipping Prices stated on our Web Site are for the UK only. To find the UK delivery Quote, please use our basket system and then simply type in your post code).

ALL DELIVERIES will need to be SIGNED FOR to avoid their loss.
All items are subjected to availability.
While every effort is made to keep our stock levels up to date, there may be some instances where items you have ordered are not available. Should this occur we will inform you immediately when our stocks are replenished.
Duties and Taxes
Any duties or taxes payable on purchase of our products are sole responsibility of the purchaser. if the purchaser refuses to pay the duties/tax it is then the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all shipping costs for the return of the item(s).
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return the goods to us in its original packaging and resalable condition only - within 7 days of receiving it. Please inform us via email and we will find a solution either by exchange or a full refund depending on your preference. p>
We will accept items intended for exchange or refund but, please note, you are responsible for the postage of returned goods.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
All damaged items must be reported to our customer service office (tel: 0207 486 3637) within 48 hours from the receiving date.

modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or withdrawal of the Website; and /or

We DO NOT forward any of your details to agencies or other commercial institutions. From time to time we mail out promotional material to customers, but customers can instruct us to be excluded from our mailing list at any time.
